Operations Director – The Role:

You will be the strategic architect and driving force of the labour operations function. Reporting to the Executive Team, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of world-class operational processes and practices. Your objective is to reshape and grow the operation, ensuring delivery achieves the highest standards of safety, profitability, compliance, and workforce engagement. You will also build and sustain strong client partnerships built on trust, reliability, and exceptional service delivery.

Operations Director – You:

- Senior leadership experience in construction, rail or infrastructure environments

- Proven experience of setting up or restructuring operational functions to deliver cultural and commercial transformation

- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and how to embed robust compliance systems

- Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships

- Commercially astute, financially literate with the ability to manage budgets and drive performance
